Professional clinical counseling and coaching services with Dale Eilerman are available for individuals, couples or families who live in the vicinity of Dayton, Ohio. Dale is a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 25 years of experience. He treats a wide range of problems with specialization in conflict, anger, stress and relationship related concerns. Treatment can be provided for ADHD, depression, anxiety and behavior disorders. Family, marital, couple, school performance and work related problems are typically areas where improvements are desired by clients. Treatment techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family system dynamics.

Dale’s specialty is conflict management and factors related to interpersonal stress and discord. He also provides confidential conflict coaching for executive level and management staff who need an objective and supportive perspective regarding their leadership and management skills.

The challenges of dealing with conflict are the source of many personal, couple, family and organizational problems. Conflict is often avoided in relationships due to its negative connotations. However successful conflict management can be the key to problem resolution, personal growth and improved relationships.

Many clients prefer to keep clinical services completely confidential. It is not necessary for the client to receive a diagnosis or submit information to an insurance carrier if they prefer not to do so. However information can be provided to insurance carriers and other treatment or educational professionals when this is desired with a signed release of information form.

Services are offered at 2670 Woodman Center Court in Kettering, Ohio. This office is located just north of the Kroger store at the corner of Woodman Drive and Dorothy Lane. Appointments are offered on Saturdays. Payment is self-pay only – super bills will be provided for clients who want to seek reimbursement from their insurance company. Credit cards and health savings accounts (HSA) are accepted.
