Dale has been working in the field of personal and organizational change for more than 25 years. He has the ability to integrate the dynamics of human behavior with the skills needed for effective leadership, productive management, and creating a successful organization. Dale is a licensed counselor who has served in leadership positions and worked as an individual, family, and group therapist. Responsibilities have included training, organization development, management, supervision, strategic planning, quality improvement, contract development, and program start-ups. Dale has addressed organizational performance as a facilitator, trainer, educator, and coach. He has consulted and trained with a wide variety of organizations including:
Dale is an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton and Wright State University where he teaches classes on conflict management and other topics to graduate students. He also is the Director of Organizational Learning for a behavioral health organization located in Dayton, Ohio. Dale has a Masters Degree in Agency Counseling from the University of Dayton and a Bachelors Degree from Earlham College. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement and is a member of the Ohio Counselor Association and the Ohio Mediation Association.
