The mission of Conflict Solutions Ohio is to assist individuals and small to medium size organizations in reducing costs and improving performance through effective management of differences.  I provide confidential professional services to business, health care, social service, education, religious, and personal clients in the following areas:

My primary market area is a 100 mile radius of Dayton, Ohio and includes Cincinnati, Columbus, Lima, and Indianapolis.  I am willing to consider working with clients outside of this area.

Fee structures are flexible, based on the professional service arrangement requested and agreed upon by the client.  Options include hourly rates, day rates, project rates, and retainer contracts.  A contract agreement outlining services and rates is provided prior to beginning work.  A preliminary proposal and fee estimate is provided at no cost upon request.
