Rates

The standard fee is $90 per one hour session for coaching and counseling.  I do offer a sliding fee, upon request, with a minimum rate of $60 per hour.

The fee for mediation is $100 - $120 per hour plus documentation fees.

Consultation, training and team building for organizations is priced according to terms of the contract agreement.  Fee structures are flexible, based on the professional service arrangement requested and agreed upon by the client.  Options include hourly rates, day rates, project rates, and retainer contracts.  A contract agreement outlining services and rates is provided prior to beginning work.  A preliminary proposal and fee estimate is provided at no cost upon request.
 
Insurance
I do not currently accept insurance as direct payment for services.  I will provide a Super Bill to insurance clients which the client may submit to their insurance carrier for reimbursement per the terms of their policy.  Clients may use their Health Savings Account (HSA) if they have this type of insurance.  Coaching and relationship counseling are typically not reimburseable by insurance.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available upon request based on family income.  Miniumum fees are $60 per hour for coaching and counseling.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  Clients may also use their Health Savings Account card if they have this type of insurance.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
