ABOUT ME
Dale Eilerman M.Ed., PCC-S

Dale has been working in the field of personal and organizational change for more than 30 years. He is a licensed clinical counselor with supervisory endorsement who has served in leadership positions and worked as an individual, family, and group therapist.  He has also provided personal and professional coaching with clients.  Non-clinical responsibilities have included training, organization development, management, supervision, strategic planning, quality improvement, contract development, and program start-ups.  Dale has addressed organizational performance as a facilitator, trainer, educator, and coach with a wide variety of organizations.  Dale is the Director of Organizational Learning for a behavioral health organization located in Dayton, Ohio.  He is a contract trainer with J&K Associates, a provider of training to government agencies and organizations across the United States.  Dale is also an occasional instructor at the University of Dayton where he teaches to graduate students.  Dale has a Masters Degree in Agency Counseling from the University of Dayton and a Bachelors Degree from Earlham College.  He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement and is a member of the Ohio Counselor Association, the Ohio Mediation Association and the OD Network of the Miami Valley..
